Why are we actually bombing Libya? Is it really to protect civilian or demand the immediate establishment of a ceasefire and complete end to violence and all attacks against, and abuses of, civilians?
I do admit that i may not know everything about the Libyan history, and even if I’m brainwashed enough to think that his a true dictator i can't think of the past wars who was started based on false propaganda.
So, what about this war, do we find solid proof to justify our bombing?
Susan Lindauer, a journalist and author specializing on American interventions, has never believed the allied forces intervened in Libya out of humanitarian reasons. It is a war for oil which was prepared long ago:
Susan Lindauer is not the only one who has seconds thoughts about the intervention from NATO and Former Regan Administration official Paul Craig Roberts thinks the situation with Gaddafi is much different than the other recent protests in the Arab world. "Why is NATO there?" has become to real question, says Roberts, who fears that risky involvement stemming from American influence could lead to catastrophic breaking point.
Maybe it's time to De-Demonize Gadaffi?
